Spole\u010dnost zapojen\u00e1 do transakce by m\u011bla zkontrolovat, zda \u201ejejich klienti a p\u0159\u00edpadn\u00ed kone\u010dn\u00ed vlastn\u00edci beneficient\u016f (UBO) jsou na nizozemsk\u00e9m nebo evropsk\u00e9m sank\u010dn\u00edm seznamu\u201c<\/strong> a neprodlen\u011b to nahl\u00e1sit \u00fast\u0159edn\u00ed instituci.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eV p\u0159\u00edpad\u011b skute\u010dn\u00e9ho z\u00e1sahu do sank\u010dn\u00edho seznamu mus\u00ed instituce okam\u017eit\u011b informovat DNB a tak\u00e9 zmrazit ve\u0161ker\u00e1 aktiva, zablokovat transakci nebo prov\u00e9st oboj\u00ed. V souladu s t\u00edm nelze aktiva uvolnit \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 jin\u00e9, nesankcionovan\u00e9 stran\u011b. Ve zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00edch p\u0159\u00edpadech mus\u00ed b\u00fdt rovn\u011b\u017e informov\u00e1na FIU-NL (Finan\u010dn\u00ed inteligentn\u00ed jednotka).<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n
