Bitcoin a kryptom\u011bny jsou ka\u017ed\u00fd den celosv\u011btov\u011b b\u011b\u017en\u011bj\u0161\u00ed. Regul\u00e1to\u0159i ze v\u0161ech stran proto v\u011bnuj\u00ed v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pozornost, zejm\u00e9na pravidl\u016fm proti pran\u00ed \u0161pinav\u00fdch pen\u011bz (AML). To je nyn\u00ed p\u0159\u00edpad Irska, jeho\u017e regul\u00e1to\u0159i se rozhodli zahrnout krypto aktiva do sv\u00fdch p\u0159\u00ed\u0161t\u00edch p\u0159edpis\u016f AML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Podle a posledn\u00ed zpr\u00e1va<\/a> m\u00edstn\u00edmi m\u00e9dii, poskytovatel\u00e9 slu\u017eeb virtu\u00e1ln\u00edch aktiv (VASP) se budou muset zaregistrovat u irsk\u00e9 centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banky <\/strong>po\u010d\u00ednaje dubnem 2021. Mezi tyto VASP pat\u0159\u00ed kryptoburzy, kryptobankomaty, poskytovatel\u00e9 \u00faschovy a p\u0159ep\u00e1\u017eky OTC (Over-The-Counter). Krom\u011b prvotn\u00ed registrace bude pro n\u011b povinn\u00e1 \u0159\u00e1dn\u00e1 identifikovat sv\u00e9 z\u00e1kazn\u00edky<\/a> (KYC). Stejn\u011b tak p\u016fvod a m\u00edsto ur\u010den\u00ed jejich finan\u010dn\u00edch prost\u0159edk\u016f.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pokud tak kryptospole\u010dnosti neu\u010din\u00ed, centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banka m\u00e1 nyn\u00ed pravomoc \u201ezablokovat sch\u016fzky s vedouc\u00edmi pracovn\u00edky ve firm\u00e1ch nebo p\u0159ijmout donucovac\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed pro nedodr\u017een\u00ed z\u00e1kon\u016f v oblasti AML nebo CFT\u201c. Opat\u0159en\u00ed p\u0159ich\u00e1z\u00ed tak\u00e9 k napln\u011bn\u00ed posledn\u00ed sm\u011brnice Evropsk\u00e9 unie AML. The vyhovuj\u00edc\u00ed term\u00edn<\/a> pro \u010dlensk\u00e9 st\u00e1ty (jako Irsko) do \u010dervna 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Donucovac\u00ed opat\u0159en\u00ed pro pr\u00e1vnick\u00e9 osoby (tj. spole\u010dnosti), kter\u00e9 poru\u0161uj\u00ed pravidla, zahrnuj\u00ed vylou\u010den\u00ed ve\u0159ejn\u00fdch v\u00fdhod (jako je financov\u00e1n\u00ed), vylou\u010den\u00ed z provozov\u00e1n\u00ed komer\u010dn\u00edch \u010dinnost\u00ed a \u00fapln\u00e9 uzav\u0159en\u00ed jejich kancel\u00e1\u0159\u00ed. Krom\u011b toho se minim\u00e1ln\u00ed trest odn\u011bt\u00ed svobody pro pachatele zv\u00fd\u0161il na \u010dty\u0159i roky.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

V p\u0159edchoz\u00edch letech vydala Irsk\u00e1 centr\u00e1ln\u00ed banka pouze n\u011bkter\u00e1 varov\u00e1n\u00ed ohledn\u011b kryptom\u011bn a po\u010d\u00e1te\u010dn\u00edch nab\u00eddek minc\u00ed (ICO<\/a>). Kryptom\u011bny v\u0161ak byly v zemi neregulovan\u00e9 a obchody byly v\u011bt\u0161inou anonymn\u00ed. To se m\u00e1 letos zm\u011bnit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
