Nejsou ani zak\u00e1z\u00e1ni, tak\u017ee bychom mohli \u0159\u00edci, \u017ee jsou v\u011bt\u0161inou v leg\u00e1ln\u00edm limbu. Letos se to ale rychle m\u011bn\u00ed. Mnoho zem\u00ed v\u011bnuje t\u011bmto pr\u00e1v\u016fm v\u011bt\u0161\u00ed pr\u00e1vn\u00ed pozornost. Kryptoregulace na cel\u00e9m sv\u011bt\u011b se bl\u00ed\u017e\u00ed a Turecko ji\u017e nen\u00ed v\u00fdjimkou.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

P\u0159ed rokem 2021 neexistovaly v Turecku \u017e\u00e1dn\u00e9 konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed kryptoregulace. Navzdory tomu podle pr\u016fzkumu agentury Statista<\/a>Turecko m\u011blo v roce 2020 4. nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00ed m\u00edru vyu\u017eit\u00ed kryptom\u011bny na sv\u011bt\u011b. Pravd\u011bpodobn\u011b proto, \u017ee jeho ob\u010dan\u00e9 cht\u011bli u\u0161et\u0159it sv\u00e9 pen\u00edze p\u0159ed propadaj\u00edc\u00ed se n\u00e1rodn\u00ed m\u011bnou a alarmuj\u00edc\u00ed inflac\u00ed.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Kdy\u017e to shrneme: st\u00e1le to dok\u00e1\u017eou. Je naprosto bezpe\u010dn\u00e9 investovat do kryptom\u011bn v t\u00e9to zemi.<\/strong> Nicm\u00e9n\u011b, vl\u00e1da zak\u00e1zala<\/a> platby za zbo\u017e\u00ed a slu\u017eby pomoc\u00ed t\u011bchto aktiv, od 30. dubna 2021. Na kryptobiznis za\u010dala platit p\u0159\u00edsn\u00e1 opat\u0159en\u00ed proti pran\u00ed pen\u011bz (AML) a \u010dekaj\u00ed se dal\u0161\u00ed regulace.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zm\u011bny pro u\u017eivatele kryptom\u011bn<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nejzn\u00e1m\u011bj\u0161\u00ed zm\u011bnou pro jednotliv\u00e9 u\u017eivatele kryptom\u011bn v Turecku je samoz\u0159ejm\u011b z\u00e1kaz krypto plateb. Podle Denn\u011b Sabah<\/a>, kolem 60 spole\u010dnost\u00ed p\u0159ijato Bitcoin<\/a> a dal\u0161\u00ed kryptom\u011bny jako platebn\u00ed metoda v zemi, pouze v roce 2019. Mezi nimi byl Antalya Homes<\/a>, nemovitost s nejvy\u0161\u0161\u00edm prodejem tohoto druhu, jak\u00fd kdy byl v zemi vyroben, a to ji\u017e v roce 2020 ($1,25 milionu v BTC). Rovn\u011b\u017e prodali n\u011bkolik nemovitost\u00ed za rok s kryptom\u011bnami.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ale to nen\u00ed v\u0161e pro kryptoregulace v Turecku. T\u00fdk\u00e1 se to tak\u00e9 nov\u00fdch p\u0159\u00edsn\u00fdch povinnost\u00ed AML pro krypto-spole\u010dnosti u\u017eivatel\u00e9.<\/a> Pokud nyn\u00ed cht\u011bj\u00ed nap\u0159\u00edklad pou\u017e\u00edvat slu\u017ebu kryptoburzy nebo kryptom\u011bny, budou muset o sob\u011b poskytnout velmi konkr\u00e9tn\u00ed \u00fadaje.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Zm\u011bny pro kryptoburzy<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Tureck\u00e1 vl\u00e1da se rozhodla zahrnout krypto-podniky do sv\u00fdch st\u00e1vaj\u00edc\u00edch finan\u010dn\u00edch z\u00e1kon\u016f. O Opat\u0159en\u00ed AML\/CFT<\/a>ji\u017e jsme zm\u00ednili proces identifikace u\u017eivatel\u016f, kter\u00fd mus\u00ed ka\u017ed\u00fd krypto-obchod dodr\u017eovat. Krom\u011b toho mus\u00ed nahl\u00e1sit podez\u0159el\u00e9 transakce tureck\u00e9 rad\u011b pro vy\u0161et\u0159ov\u00e1n\u00ed finan\u010dn\u00edch zlo\u010din\u016f (MASAK), bez ohledu na \u010d\u00e1stku. M\u011bli by v\u0161ak v\u011bnovat zvl\u00e1\u0161tn\u00ed pozornost transakc\u00edm p\u0159es 75 000 tureck\u00fdch lir (p\u0159ibli\u017en\u011b $8 500) a tak\u00e9 je nahl\u00e1sit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Spole\u010dnost MASAK je tak\u00e9 opr\u00e1vn\u011bna prov\u00e1d\u011bt audit krypto-podnik\u016f <\/strong>a po\u017e\u00e1dat o \u00fadaje, jako jsou dokumenty a z\u00e1znamy.
