Es ist vorerst ungewiss, ob dies nur eine Pr\u00e4ambel zum Verbot von Datenschutzm\u00fcnzen in der EU und anderen Regionen ist.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Gegen die Privatsph\u00e4re<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Italia erw\u00e4gt dieses Verbot seit 2016, Indien seit 2018 und Japan hat es tats\u00e4chlich im selben Jahr getan. Australien war das letzte<\/a>, wenn nicht durch ein offizielles Gesetz, aufgrund des regulatorischen und Bankdrucks in den letzten Monaten, wie von der australischen B\u00f6rse Swyftx angek\u00fcndigt.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00fcdkoreanische Beh\u00f6rden schlie\u00dfen sich an<\/a> ebenso zur Tendenz, durch das Verbot jeglichen Handels mit Datenschutzm\u00fcnzen ab dem n\u00e4chsten Jahr<\/strong>. Als schlimme Folge all dessen l\u00f6schten B\u00f6rsen wie Bithumb, Coinspot, Huobi, Coincheck, Upbit und Liquid Datenschutzm\u00fcnzen wie Monero, Dash, Komodo und Bytecoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Krypto-Derivate-Verbot-UK\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Inzwischen in der Vereinigte Staaten<\/a>, der Internal Revenue Service (IRS) ausgezeichnet<\/a> + $1M an Blockchain-Analyseunternehmen Chainalysis und Integra FEC, um das Monero-Datenschutzsystem zu brechen. Ebenso die amerikanische Firma CipherTrace<\/a> entwickelt ein Tool zur Verfolgung von Transaktionen in Monero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Es scheint, dass dies die Zeit f\u00fcr Regierungen und Beh\u00f6rden auf der ganzen Welt ist, ihre Positionen zu Datenschutzm\u00fcnzen zu pr\u00fcfen.
