Technisch gesehen hatten wir bereits letzten Januar einen Brexit. Derzeit (und bis Ende Dezember) gibt es jedoch eine \u201eAnpassungsphase\u201c f\u00fcr die B\u00fcrger und Unternehmen, in der die Regierung an ihren Gesetzen und Beziehungen zur Europ\u00e4ischen Union f\u00fcr die Zukunft arbeitet. Und eines der Dinge, die sie vorbereiten, sind neue Vorschriften f\u00fcr Stablecoins und Central Bank Digital Currencies (CBDC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nach a neue Ank\u00fcndigung<\/a> by Her Majesty’s Treasury (HM Treasury), the UK is planning to remain as \u201can open, attractive international financial centre\u201d, and for that, Sie werden neue Ma\u00dfnahmen in Bezug auf neue Finanztechnologien wie Stablecoins und CBDC liefern.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Diese Ma\u00dfnahmen werden ab 2023 in Kraft treten selbes Jahr.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In der Zwischenzeit wird das Finanzministerium Gespr\u00e4che mit der Bank of England f\u00fchren, um die weltweite Emission von CBDC als Erg\u00e4nzung zu Bargeld und ihre Funktionsweise im Land zu betrachten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
