In letzter Zeit versch\u00e4rfen sich die Gesetze f\u00fcr Kryptow\u00e4hrungen in Russland. Austauschplattformen wie LocalBitcoins und Binance werden im Land verboten, und f\u00fcr die Eigent\u00fcmer nicht deklarierter Verm\u00f6genswerte besteht die Gefahr von Gef\u00e4ngnissen. Aber nicht alles wird schlecht an dieser neuen russischen Kryptoregulierung sein, wenn wir auf ihren Premierminister vertrauen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ihm zufolge auch, Bitcoin und Kryptow\u00e4hrungen<\/a> w\u00fcrde als Eigentum im Land eingestuft werden. Unter anderem Indikationen, Kryptow\u00e4hrungen<\/a> konnte nicht gegen Fiat, die Initial Coin Offerings (ICOs<\/a>) w\u00fcrde sich nur an lizenzierte Investoren richten und der Bergbau w\u00e4re steuerpflichtig. Im vergangenen August jedoch die ultimative Version des Kryptogesetzes wurde genehmigt<\/a> von der Regierung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andere Vorschl\u00e4ge einschlie\u00dfen<\/a> Bestrafung der Besitzer nicht angemeldeter Krypto-Geldb\u00f6rsen mit mehr als 1 Million Rubel (ca. $13.000) mit Geldstrafen von bis zu 30% ihrer Krypto und sogar 3 Jahren Gef\u00e4ngnisstrafe. Gl\u00fccklicherweise k\u00f6nnten die Ma\u00dfnahmen mit den zuletzt erkl\u00e4rten Absichten des Premierministers flexibler sein.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
