Dezember <strong>Die US-amerikanische B\u00f6rsenaufsichtsbeh\u00f6rde SEC hat eine Klage gegen Ripple Labs eingereicht<\/strong> und zwei seiner Hauptf\u00fchrer, die angeblich mit XRP ein \u201e$1.3 Milliarden nicht registriertes Wertpapierangebot\u201c gemacht haben. Daher betrachten sie dieses Token jetzt als Sicherheit anstelle einer W\u00e4hrung.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die schlimmsten Konsequenzen werden wahrscheinlich noch kommen, aber die <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/12\/23\/sec-sued-ripple-xrp-lost-almost-40-now\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">XRP-Preis hat verloren<\/a> bisher um die 60% und noch schlimmer. Wahrscheinlich nicht.
