Dies wird jetzt von der Financial Action Task Force (FATF) bewiesen, die neue Richtlinien f\u00fcr die allgemeine Verwendung von Kryptos entwickelt. Leider sind diese Richtlinien <strong>kann die Verwendung von dezentralen Geldb\u00f6rsen, P2P-Transaktionen und Datenschutzl\u00f6sungen ausschlie\u00dfen.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Auf einen <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/media\/fatf\/documents\/recommendations\/March%202021%20-%20VA%20Guidance%20update%20-%20Sixth%20draft%20-%20Public%20consultation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">vorl\u00e4ufiges Update<\/a> Laut FATF sollten die Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASPs) jeden Kunden mit pers\u00f6nlichen Dokumenten identifizieren. Nat\u00fcrlich nur, wenn einige Regierungen beschlie\u00dfen, ihren Empfehlungen auswendig zu folgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Dar\u00fcber hinaus scheint das VASP-Konzept der FATF auch dezentrale B\u00f6rsen (DEX) und zu umfassen <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/09\/09\/how-to-make-thousands-dollars-defi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DeFi-Anwendungen<\/a>. <strong>Die Benutzer dieser Art von Tools m\u00fcssten sich also registrieren und pers\u00f6nliche Informationen bereitstellen.<\/strong> Datenschutztechnologien wie <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/03\/29\/discover-monero-how-use-it-full-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monero (XMR),<\/a> Zcash (ZEC) oder Lightning Network w\u00e4ren ebenfalls nicht realisierbar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Van Valkenburgh, Forschungsdirektor am Coin Center, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coincenter.org\/a-quick-analysis-of-fatfs-2021-draft-cryptocurrency-guidance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">kommentiert<\/a> dar\u00fcber:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eDiese Anforderungen m\u00f6gen f\u00fcr Banken und andere Finanzinstitute, in denen die meiste Geldw\u00e4sche stattfindet, angemessen sein, sind jedoch f\u00fcr Privatpersonen, die an offenen Computernetzwerken teilnehmen, absolut unangemessen. Die Strafen f\u00fcr Verst\u00f6\u00dfe sind extrem und die Erfassung von Massendaten w\u00fcrde die Privatsph\u00e4re und die verfassungsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Rechte gegen eine garantielose \u00dcberwachung zerst\u00f6ren. \u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Zumindest akzeptiert die FATF <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/publications\/fatfrecommendations\/documents\/public-consultation-guidance-vasp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">\u00f6ffentliche Kommentare<\/a> bis zum 20. April<sup>th<\/sup>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sXqq_iRlanU&amp;t=74s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Gem\u00e4\u00df<\/a> Dave Jevans, CEO von CipherTrace, <strong>Die endg\u00fcltigen Richtlinien werden im Juni bekannt gegeben<\/strong>. Es ist erw\u00e4hnenswert, dass die FATF keine Durchsetzungs- oder Rechtsbefugnis hat und das Dokument nur eine Empfehlung f\u00fcr ihre Mitgliedsstaaten ist.
