Nur wenige Praktiken rund um Krypto sind dort vollst\u00e4ndig verboten. Dies kann sich jedoch in den n\u00e4chsten Jahren teilweise \u00e4ndern. Jetzt die <strong>Die Europ\u00e4ische Kommission erw\u00e4gt, nicht identifizierte Krypto-Wallets und damit verbundene Transaktionen zu verbieten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Nach a <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/eu-tighten-rules-cryptoasset-transfers-143121027.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Bericht von Reuters<\/a>, haben einige europ\u00e4ische Politiker am Dienstag ein Gesetz zur Anwendung der \u201eReiseregel\u201c auf Krypto-Transaktionen vorgeschlagen. Ebenso muss der Kunde den\/die Empf\u00e4nger seiner Transaktionen identifizieren. Der Dienstleister des Empf\u00e4ngers muss die gleichen Daten \u00fcberpr\u00fcfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Im Grunde versucht Europa also zu verbieten <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/03\/29\/discover-monero-how-use-it-full-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">anonym<\/a> Krypto-Wallets, um die Transaktionen vollst\u00e4ndig nachvollziehbar zu machen. Wie in der offiziellen Erkl\u00e4rung beschrieben:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eDie heutigen \u00c4nderungen werden die vollst\u00e4ndige R\u00fcckverfolgbarkeit von Krypto-Asset-Transfers wie Bitcoin gew\u00e4hrleisten und die Verhinderung und Aufdeckung ihrer m\u00f6glichen Verwendung f\u00fcr Geldw\u00e4sche oder Terrorismusfinanzierung erm\u00f6glichen (\u2026) Bedrohungen und die Einhaltung internationaler Standards ohne \u00fcberm\u00e4\u00dfige Regulierungslast f\u00fcr die Branche.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Zur Zeit, <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/04\/16\/overview-cryptocurrency-regulations-continent-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">das besagte Gesetz<\/a> ist noch lange nicht genehmigt. Es muss zuerst das Europ\u00e4ische Parlament und die Mitgliedstaaten durchlaufen, <strong>was ein paar Jahre dauern kann.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">Datenschutz und Krypto-Wallets in Europa<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Die Idee stammt jedoch nicht von der Europ\u00e4ischen Kommission. Vor einigen Monaten hat die Financial Action Task Force (FATF) in einer vorl\u00e4ufigen Aktualisierung ihrer neuen empfohlenen Richtlinien <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/04\/05\/fatf-against-non-custodial-privacy-providers-crypto\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">geraten<\/a> seine Mitgliedsstaaten dazu. Allerdings hatten sie <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/07\/03\/what-happened-june-cryptocurrency-world\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">aufschieben<\/a> ihre letzte Anleitung f\u00fcr Oktober. Die Strafen f\u00fcr Verst\u00f6\u00dfe sind extrem und die Erfassung von Massendaten w\u00fcrde die Privatsph\u00e4re und die verfassungsm\u00e4\u00dfigen Rechte gegen eine garantielose \u00dcberwachung zerst\u00f6ren. \u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Tats\u00e4chlich, so das Analyseunternehmen <a href=\"https:\/\/ciphertrace.com\/cryptocurrency-crime-and-anti-money-laundering-report-may-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">CipherTrace<\/a>, <strong>nur 1% von Bitcoin Transaktionen sind \u201eriskant\u201c (im kriminellen Sinne)<\/strong>. Und nur 0,1% des get\u00e4tigten Bitcoin-Wertes ist \u201eriskant\u201c. Au\u00dferdem Bitcoin, <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/11\/14\/ethereum-2-new-features-prices-more-ethereum-chains\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">\u00c4ther<\/a>, und viele andere Kryptow\u00e4hrungen sind \u00fcberhaupt nicht anonym. Jede Transaktion kann bereits innerhalb ihrer Blockchains nachverfolgt werden. Daher erscheint diese drastische Ma\u00dfnahme in Europa ungerechtfertigt.
