F\u00fcr eine Seite, <strong>China hat schlie\u00dflich ein vollst\u00e4ndiges Verbot von Bitcoin, Kryptos und verwandten Aktivit\u00e4ten eingef\u00fchrt. <\/strong>Zum anderen hat Twitter, eines der gr\u00f6\u00dften sozialen Medien weltweit, gerade Bitcoin als Zahlungsmethode f\u00fcr seine Trinkgeldfunktion \u00fcbernommen. Und es ist auch geplant, bald Non-Fungible Tokens (NFTs) zu integrieren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die neuen gesetzlichen Ma\u00dfnahmen gegen Bitcoin und Kryptow\u00e4hrungen wurden an diesem Freitag von der People&#039;s Bank of China (ihrer Zentralbank) geteilt. <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/03\/11\/top-countries-most-crypto-users-laws\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Der asiatische Riese<\/a> mochte die Krypto-Industrie nie, aber jetzt ist sie total dagegen. Entsprechend <a href=\"http:\/\/www.pbc.gov.cn\/goutongjiaoliu\/113456\/113469\/4348521\/index.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">die Ank\u00fcndigung<\/a>, virtuelle W\u00e4hrungen und damit verbundene Aktivit\u00e4ten (wie Handel, Bergbau oder Dienstleistungen) sind im Land offiziell illegal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201eVirtuelle W\u00e4hrung hat nicht denselben rechtlichen Status wie legale W\u00e4hrung. Virtuelle W\u00e4hrungen wie Bitcoin, Ether und TEDA (\u2026) sind nicht legal und sollten und d\u00fcrfen nicht als W\u00e4hrung auf dem Markt verwendet werden (\u2026) Virtuelle w\u00e4hrungsbezogene Gesch\u00e4ftsaktivit\u00e4ten sind illegale Finanzaktivit\u00e4ten.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Diese Aktivit\u00e4ten umfassen den Austausch, die Finanzierung (Initial Coin Offerings), den Verkauf, <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/07\/11\/bitcoin-mining-exodus-from-china-new-countries-to-migrate\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Crypto-Mining<\/a>, jede Form des Handels (Futures oder Derivate) und sogar Informations- und Preisdienste.
