Am vergangenen 14. November hatte Bitcoin (BTC) das wohl wichtigste Update seit 2017: Taproot. Dies ist eine lange vorbereitete Softwareversion, die Funktionen wie Schnorr-Signaturen und Tapscript enth\u00e4lt. Jetzt k\u00f6nnen Bitcoiner ein Netzwerk mit mehr Geschwindigkeit, mehr Privatsph\u00e4re und niedrigeren Geb\u00fchren genie\u00dfen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mit blo\u00dfem Auge hat sich im Inneren nicht viel ver\u00e4ndert Bitcoin<\/a>. Jeder kann seine Transaktionen wie gewohnt t\u00e4tigen, und selbst der Preis hat sich nicht sehr ver\u00e4ndert. Die Sicherheit und Funktionalit\u00e4t haben sich jedoch erheblich verbessert. Ab sofort k\u00f6nnen Entwickler Smart Contracts innerhalb der Bitcoin-Blockchain schreiben.<\/strong> Und das bedeutet DeFi-Plattformen<\/a>, Nicht-fungible Token (NFTs<\/a>), Dezentrale Apps (Dapps) und weitere folgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Ethereum-Rollups-schnellere-Transaktionen\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Bitcoin wird nicht sein<\/a> das \u201eneue Ethereum\u201c auf diese Weise, ist aber jetzt flexibler. Au\u00dferdem bietet Taproot auch ein h\u00f6heres Ma\u00df an Privatsph\u00e4re f\u00fcr kluger Vertrag<\/a>-\u00c4hnliche Transaktionen. Oder es wird es zumindest anbieten; wie es von der Bergbaugesellschaft beschrieben wurde Gehirne<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201eWenn Taproot hypothetisch eine Akzeptanz von 100% f\u00fcr zuk\u00fcnftige Transaktionen [in Bitcoin] erreichen k\u00f6nnte, w\u00fcrde dies die Arbeit der Kettenanalysten erheblich erschweren. Ohne Taproot w\u00e4re die \u00dcbernahme von ~100% f\u00fcr jeden Adresstyp unm\u00f6glich, da es bisher keine M\u00f6glichkeit gab, Smart Contracts von einfacheren Transaktionen nicht zu unterscheiden.\u201c<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Dank Schnorr, Transaktionen werden effizienter und damit billiger.<\/strong> Derzeit schwankt Bitcoin zwischen $62k und $65k pro M\u00fcnze [CoinMarketCap]. Es ist das letzte Allzeithoch<\/a> (ATH) war am 10. November mit \u00fcber $68.700 pro M\u00fcnze.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Jenseits von Taproot kommen Vorschriften f\u00fcr Bitcoin<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Viele L\u00e4nder weltweit entwickeln ihre eigenen Vorschriften f\u00fcr Bitcoin und Kryptow\u00e4hrungen. In den Vereinigten Staaten gibt es mehrere Gesetze\u00a0noch ausstehend<\/a>, einschlie\u00dflich der Polemik\u00a0Infrastrukturrechnung<\/a>\u00a0Krypto-Besteuerung zu erh\u00f6hen. Pr\u00e4sident Joe Biden unterzeichnet<\/a> dieser Gesetzentwurf am Montag, aber er muss noch vom Finanzministerium genehmigt werden.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Die neue Verordnung \u00fcber M\u00e4rkte f\u00fcr Krypto-Assets (Glimmer<\/a>) kommt zwischen 2022 und 2023 in die Europ\u00e4ische Union. Dieser neue Rahmen wird sich insbesondere auf die Nutzung auswirken\u00a0von Stablecoins<\/a>, Token-Emittenten und Kryptow\u00e4hrungsunternehmen. Alle m\u00fcssen einige Grundregeln einhalten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Bitcoin-Taproot-Update-Bestimmungen\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

In Indien ist es jetzt auf Twitter im Trend #IndiaWantsCrypto,<\/strong> da ein m\u00f6gliches Krypto-Verbot von Beh\u00f6rden diskutiert wurde. Zum Gl\u00fcck waren die Ergebnisse des letzten Treffens zwischen Kryptofirmen und dem indischen Parlament nicht so schlecht. Entsprechend Lokale medien<\/a>, waren sich die Beh\u00f6rden einig, dass Krypto nicht gestoppt werden kann, aber sie brauchen Vorschriften. Anscheinend werden sie mit Vorschriften f\u00fcr kryptow\u00e4hrungsbezogene Anzeigen im Land beginnen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andere Nationen, die derzeit neue Regeln f\u00fcr Kryptow\u00e4hrungen schreiben, sind Australien, Kanada, die Vereinigten Arabischen Emirate, Uruguay, Panama und die Ukraine<\/a>. Wahrscheinlich werden in Zukunft auch noch mehr dazukommen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
