Septiembre no es la excepci\u00f3n, y el mundo de las criptomonedas ha participado en algunos eventos salvajes este mes. Comprob\u00e9moslos r\u00e1pidamente para sorprenderse (y proteger su cartera).<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Un mont\u00f3n de regulaciones de criptomonedas en todo el mundo<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li><strong>Rusia abri\u00f3 este mes haciendo varias enmiendas a sus primeras leyes de cifrado.<\/strong> Seg\u00fan ellos, es legal <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/08\/25\/cryptocurrency-mining-dummies-how-works\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">para minar criptomonedas<\/a>, pero no para recibir una remuneraci\u00f3n por ello (aunque no est\u00e1 claro si los tokens cuentan como recompensa).<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por otro lado, las transacciones de criptomonedas ser\u00edan legales solo en tres casos: herencia, quiebra y procedimientos de ejecuci\u00f3n. Por supuesto, eso es solo dentro de Rusia. Afortunadamente para las criptoempresas que trabajan en el territorio, sus autoridades legales acordaron unificar el marco regulatorio para Fintech y criptoempresas. <strong>Esto significa que ser\u00e1 m\u00e1s f\u00e1cil y menos costoso obtener una licencia. <\/strong>[<a href=\"https:\/\/www.reuters.com\/article\/usa-regulators-crypto\/u-s-crypto-fintech-firms-to-benefit-from-slimmed-down-regulatory-process-idUSL1N2GB1E4?rpc=401&amp;\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Reuters<\/a>].<\/li><\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>Por su parte, la Oficina del Contralor de la Moneda (OCC) de EE. UU. Ha publicado algunas pautas para los bancos sobre las monedas estables. Aparentemente, es legal que brinden sus servicios a emisores de monedas estables [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coindesk.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2020\/09\/Federally-Chartered-Banks-and-Thrifts-May-Engage-in-Certain-Stablecoin-Activities.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">CoinDesk<\/a>].<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Mucho DeFi y Ethereum<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\"><li>La red Ethereum ha sido muy popular en estos d\u00edas debido a la rentabilidad <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/09\/09\/how-to-make-thousands-dollars-defi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Aplicaciones y tokens de DeFi<\/a>.
