En caso de que no lo sepa o no lo recuerde, un derivado financiero es un contrato monetario (generalmente para inversi\u00f3n) que deriva su valor de una entidad subyacente, como activos, \u00edndices, tasas de inter\u00e9s u otros. En nuestro caso, los criptoderivados determinan su valor de acuerdo con el desempe\u00f1o de los criptoactivos seleccionados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Varias empresas ofrecen este servicio a inversores minoristas de todo el mundo, en forma de contratos por diferencias (CFD), opciones, futuros y notas negociables en bolsa (ETN). sin embargo, el Autoridad de conducta financiera<\/a> (FCA) del Reino Unido no considera seguros este tipo de instrumentos. La volatilidad significativa de los precios, combinada con las dificultades inherentes de valorar los criptoactivos de manera confiable, coloca a los consumidores minoristas en un alto riesgo de sufrir p\u00e9rdidas por el comercio de criptoderivados. Tenemos evidencia de que esto est\u00e1 sucediendo a una escala significativa. La prohibici\u00f3n proporciona un nivel adecuado de protecci\u00f3n \u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Los derivados son espec\u00edficamente una herramienta financiera ofrecida por empresas que deber\u00edan estar sujetas a las regulaciones m\u00e1s estrictas porque podr\u00eda haber grandes decepciones y estafas en torno a estos instrumentos. Sin embargo, las criptomonedas en s\u00ed son otra historia. Pueden presentar algunos riesgos<\/a>, pero tambi\u00e9n son muy \u00fatiles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como sabemos hasta la fecha, la mayor\u00eda de las criptomonedas<\/a> existentes est\u00e1n descentralizados, lo que significa est\u00e1n libres del control de cualquier instituci\u00f3n y casi todo el mundo puede acceder a ellos sin barreras<\/strong>. Entonces, incluso si un pa\u00eds sufre algunas restricciones, sus ciudadanos a\u00fan podr\u00e1n usar algunos criptos y plataformas relacionadas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, ese no es el caso de Inglaterra y todo el Reino Unido. De hecho, han sido muy abiertos y flexibles con las criptomonedas dentro de sus leyes, por lo que sigue siendo perfectamente legal comprar y vender criptomonedas directamente.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
