Las regulaciones para el uso de criptomonedas se est\u00e1n volviendo m\u00e1s estrictas en los Pa\u00edses Bajos. Recientemente, su Banco Central Holand\u00e9s (DNB) entreg\u00f3 nuevas obligaciones legales para las empresas nacionales de criptomonedas, que van m\u00e1s all\u00e1 del proceso com\u00fan Conozca a su cliente (KYC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Al parecer, ahora no ser\u00e1 suficiente proporcionar documentos de identificaci\u00f3n y \/ o poseer una cuenta antigua y verificada en algunos intercambio de criptomonedas<\/a>. Para los usuarios, esta regulaci\u00f3n<\/a> implica controles adicionales como una declaraci\u00f3n del prop\u00f3sito de su transacci\u00f3n, tipo de billetera y capturas de pantalla o mensajes de firma. En caso de que el cliente est\u00e9 en la lista de sanciones, el intercambio debe congelar la transacci\u00f3n y la cuenta.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a el anuncio<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cEn el caso de un golpe real en una lista de sanciones, la instituci\u00f3n debe notificar inmediatamente a DNB, as\u00ed como congelar cualquier activo, bloquear la transacci\u00f3n o hacer ambas cosas. En consecuencia, los activos no pueden ser entregados a ninguna otra parte no sancionada. FIU-NL (Unidad de Inteligencia Financiera) tambi\u00e9n debe ser notificada en casos espec\u00edficos \u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Si la empresa no informa el impacto, su acci\u00f3n ser\u00eda punible bajo la Ley de delitos econ\u00f3micos<\/a>. Dicho reglamento describe multas de hasta 82.000 euros (quinta categor\u00eda) e incluso seis a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n.<\/strong>, dependiendo del delito financiero. Adem\u00e1s, las sanciones adicionales pueden ser el cierre total de la empresa, la incautaci\u00f3n de los fondos y el retiro de los beneficios del gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
