\u00daltimamente, las leyes para las criptomonedas se est\u00e1n endureciendo en Rusia. Las plataformas de intercambio como LocalBitcoin y Binance est\u00e1n prohibidas dentro del pa\u00eds, y los propietarios de activos no declarados est\u00e1n amenazados de prisi\u00f3n. Pero no todo ser\u00e1 malo en esta nueva criptoregulaci\u00f3n rusa si confiamos en su primer ministro.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Durante el \u00faltima sesi\u00f3n de gobierno<\/a> el jueves, Mikhail Mishustin, el primer ministro ruso, asegur\u00f3 que las pr\u00f3ximas regulaciones para las criptomonedas dentro del territorio ser\u00e1n razonables y estar\u00e1n dise\u00f1adas para proteger a los usuarios<\/strong> y evitar estafas y esquemas fraudulentos. \u00c9l declar\u00f3:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cOtra soluci\u00f3n [para la econom\u00eda] se refiere a las criptomonedas. Esta es una herramienta relativamente nueva, cuyo inter\u00e9s crece constantemente, y el Gobierno planea liderar el desarrollo de este mercado en una direcci\u00f3n civilizada para que los propietarios de dichos activos puedan proteger sus derechos e intereses, y la creaci\u00f3n de esquemas sombra ser\u00eda dif\u00edcil".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan \u00e9l tambi\u00e9n, Bitcoin y criptomonedas<\/a> ser\u00eda clasificado como propiedad en el pa\u00eds. Eso implica impuestos, pero tambi\u00e9n la posibilidad de que los usuarios busquen reparaci\u00f3n en los tribunales si algo sale mal, como ser v\u00edctima de un estafa de criptomonedas<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Crypto-scam-trust-nadie\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

En medio de todas las ambiguas propuestas actuales, esta es una buena noticia para los usuarios de criptomonedas en el pa\u00eds. Y no son pocos, como estaba indicado<\/a> por el \u00cdndice Global de Adopci\u00f3n de Criptograf\u00eda 2020 de Chainalysis. Podemos encontrar a Rusia all\u00ed como el segundo pa\u00eds con la mayor adopci\u00f3n de criptograf\u00eda en todo el mundo.<\/strong>, solo superado por Ucrania.   <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, al menos 10% de todos los titulares de cuentas bancarias quieren invertir en cripto, de acuerdo a<\/a> una encuesta realizada por la firma IDF Eurasia. Entonces, a pesar de la incertidumbre legal actual, en realidad es importante resolver este asunto antes de que llegue una adopci\u00f3n a\u00fan mayor en el pa\u00eds.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Una criptoregulaci\u00f3n ambigua<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Por un lado, la hostilidad contra las criptomonedas est\u00e1 muy presente dentro de Rusia. No ser\u00eda hasta octubre de 2017 que el presidente Vladimir Putin ordenar\u00eda<\/a> la creaci\u00f3n de un marco regulatorio adecuado para estos activos. Un primer borrador estaba listo por Enero de 2018<\/a>, pero no fue muy amable con las criptomonedas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Entre otras indicaciones, CRIPTOMONEDAS<\/a> no se pod\u00eda intercambiar por fiat, las Ofertas Iniciales de Monedas (ICO<\/a>) estar\u00eda dirigido \u00fanicamente a inversores autorizados y la miner\u00eda estar\u00eda sujeta a impuestos. Sin embargo, en agosto pasado, la versi\u00f3n definitiva de la ley de cifrado fue aprovado<\/a> por el Gobierno.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

En esta nueva criptoregulaci\u00f3n rusa, Las criptomonedas son legales para comerciar y extraer, pero no a cambio de bienes o servicios dentro del pa\u00eds.<\/strong>. Esta ley tambi\u00e9n permite emitir nuevos tokens y abrir intercambios de criptomonedas bajo la supervisi\u00f3n del banco central; todos a partir de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Otras propuestas incluir<\/a> castigando a los propietarios de carteras criptogr\u00e1ficas no declaradas con m\u00e1s de 1 mill\u00f3n de rublos (alrededor de $13,000), con multas de hasta 30% de sus criptomonedas e incluso 3 a\u00f1os de prisi\u00f3n. Afortunadamente, con las \u00faltimas intenciones declaradas del Primer Ministro, las medidas podr\u00edan ser m\u00e1s flexibles.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
