El mundo entero est\u00e1 poniendo los ojos en las monedas estables porque son una forma r\u00e1pida y f\u00e1cil de inclusi\u00f3n financiera, menos riesgosa que las criptomonedas normales. Los reguladores estadounidenses no pueden dejar pasar esto por encima de sus cabezas, por lo que ya prepararon un nuevo proyecto de ley para endurecer las medidas legales para los emisores de stablecoins.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En septiembre<\/a>, la Oficina del Contralor de la Moneda (OCC) de EE. UU. public\u00f3 una gu\u00eda sobre las monedas estables. En ese momento, la Oficina asegur\u00f3 que ser\u00eda legal que los bancos brinden sus servicios a los emisores. Asimismo, OCC manifest\u00f3 que Los bancos nacionales no pueden negar sus servicios a empresas legales (pero desfavorecidas), como <\/strong>las criptoempresas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

La nueva factura<\/a> sale entonces como una especie de sorpresa, y no todos lo consideran justo. Kristin Smith, directora ejecutiva de la Asociaci\u00f3n Blockchain de EE. UU., declarado<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cSi bien hemos tenido discusiones sostenidas y constructivas con la oficina del Representante Tlaib sobre este tema, no estamos de acuerdo con la perspectiva de esta legislaci\u00f3n y nos oponemos a este proyecto de ley. Fortalecer\u00eda la posici\u00f3n de las instituciones financieras m\u00e1s poderosas, sin dejar de lado dos promesas centrales de las redes descentralizadas: la oportunidad de poner m\u00e1s poder en manos de los consumidores individuales y catalizar la innovaci\u00f3n a trav\u00e9s de pagos y otros servicios financieros ".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

La Ley ESTABLE ser\u00e1 comentada y enmendada si es necesario durante los pr\u00f3ximos tres meses.<\/strong> Mientras tanto, el mercado de las monedas estables contin\u00faa creciendo. Seg\u00fan CoinGecko, ha superado la marca $25,5B y se mantiene hacia arriba<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
