Un "p\u00e1jaro temprano", dentro del mundo de las criptomonedas, es alguien que compr\u00f3 y \/ o us\u00f3 algunas criptomonedas en los primeros d\u00edas de su existencia. Esos d\u00edas "tempranos" pueden ser no solo unas pocas semanas despu\u00e9s del lanzamiento, sino algunos a\u00f1os. Muchos cripto-madrugadores se han hecho ricos en este punto y, aparentemente, un pol\u00edtico ucraniano es uno de ellos, con Monero (XMR).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Seg\u00fan un reciente declaraci\u00f3n de propiedad<\/a>, hecho a todos los funcionarios p\u00fablicos en Ucrania, Rostislav Solod, miembro del ayuntamiento de la ciudad de Kramatorsk, compr\u00f3 185.000 XMR en marzo de 2015<\/strong>. Es decir, apenas un a\u00f1o despu\u00e9s del lanzamiento inicial de dicha criptomoneda, cuando su precio rondaba los 0,3 - 0,6 USD por unidad. Criptos legales en Ucrania<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Para cuando Solod compr\u00f3 el activo, Ucrania era un poco hostil con las criptomonedas en general. Incluso tres a\u00f1os despu\u00e9s, la situaci\u00f3n no fue mejor, sino peor. De acuerdo a algunos informes<\/a>, the crypto miners suffered some raids by the national security services, who would confiscate their equipment and allegedly steal their cryptocurrencies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Por suerte, el marco legal sobre las criptomonedas<\/a> en este pa\u00eds se ha convertido en algo m\u00e1s claro y no tan dr\u00e1stico. A principios de este mismo mes, el \u201cAnteproyecto de ley sobre activos virtuales<\/a>\u201dAprob\u00f3 su primera audiencia sobre el Parlamento.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Todav\u00eda se necesitan dos audiencias m\u00e1s para convertirse en ley oficial, pero, si finalmente pasara, las criptomonedas estar\u00edan reguladas por <\/strong>Ministerio de Transformaci\u00f3n Digital de Ucrania<\/strong>. Todo proveedor de servicios deber\u00e1 registrarse en esta entidad para operar dentro del pa\u00eds, y estos activos no ser\u00e1n de curso legal.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pero las criptomonedas ser\u00e1n completamente legales para usar y gastar para los usuarios promedio, aunque el gobierno considerar\u00e1 como propietario oficial solo a la entidad que posee las claves privadas. Ahora, en cuanto a las monedas privadas como Monero, no parecen estar considerando una prohibici\u00f3n o restricci\u00f3n espec\u00edfica.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ese no es el caso de otros pa\u00edses, entidades y empresas. Europol los ha declarado<\/a> peligroso, Corea del Sur est\u00e1 al borde de prohibirlos, y los intercambios como Bithumb, ShapeShift, Huobi, Coincheck y Liquid han eliminar estas monedas de la lista<\/a> de sus plataformas debido a la presi\u00f3n regulatoria o bancaria.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
