\u00daltimamente, los proyectos DeFi han sido el objetivo favorito de los piratas inform\u00e1ticos. Entonces, no es realmente una sorpresa escuchar sobre nuevos ataques, pero tal vez esta vez sea un poco peor que las otras. Se ha informado que m\u00e1s de $68m en Binance USD (BUSD), Binance Coin (BNB) y tokens pagados (PAID) se desviaron esta semana<\/strong> desde las plataformas Meerkat Finance y Paid Network.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El giro en estos trucos es que ninguno de ellos pr\u00e9stamos flash involucrados<\/a>, cuyas haza\u00f1as son com\u00fanmente utilizadas por los atacantes para extraer los fondos. El primero estaba dirigido a Meerkat Finance. Esta Plataforma de inversi\u00f3n DeFi<\/a> Apenas estaba debutando en Binance Smart Chain (BSC) cuando ocurri\u00f3 el supuesto hack.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

El BNB-BUSD Vault 1 de Meerkat se vio comprometido. De acuerdo a los informes<\/a>, los piratas inform\u00e1ticos cambiaron la propiedad del contrato inteligente y comenzaron a retirar los fondos disponibles all\u00ed. De esta forma se robaron alrededor de $17.67m en BNB y $13.9 en BUSD. A pesar de la crisis, poco despu\u00e9s se cerr\u00f3 la p\u00e1gina web oficial y la cuenta de Twitter del proyecto. Es por eso que numerosos usuarios y expertos ven este ataque m\u00e1s como un estafa de salida<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, un desarrollador autodeclarado<\/a> del proyecto, apodado \u201cJamboo\u201d, apareci\u00f3 horas despu\u00e9s en su canal de Telegram. Dijo que el robo fue un "juicio" para comprobar la codicia y subjetividad de los usuarios.<\/strong>. Aparentemente, el equipo estar\u00eda preparando reembolsos para las v\u00edctimas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Adem\u00e1s, vale la pena mencionar que BSC est\u00e1 algo centralizado. Por lo tanto, retirar los fondos en sus tokens nativos ser\u00eda muy dif\u00edcil para el pirata inform\u00e1tico, ya que Binance puede bloquear las monedas comprometidas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De Meerkat a Paid Network<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Por otro lado, tambi\u00e9n tuvimos esta semana el ataque minero infinito en el proyecto Paid Network. Esta plataforma DeFi se describe como un contrato inteligente<\/a> programa para empresas. El viernes pasado, un atacante desconocido explotado<\/a> su caracter\u00edstica minera, creando 60 millones de tokens PAGADOS de la nada y transfiri\u00e9ndolos a su billetera.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

En ese momento, el valor de cada token PAGADO era de alrededor de $2.8, seg\u00fan CoinGecko. Esto significa que el hacker extrajo m\u00e1s de $168m de la plataforma, que ser\u00eda el hackeo de DeFi m\u00e1s grande hasta la fecha. Sin embargo, el token PAGADO se devalu\u00f3 r\u00e1pidamente el mismo d\u00eda. Despu\u00e9s de una fuerte ca\u00edda de 90%, el precio ahora es de alrededor de $0.3 por token.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Algunos analistas han estado siguiendo el rastro de los fondos, y parece que el hacker no gan\u00f3 tanto con \u00e9l.<\/strong> Ellos intercambiaron<\/a> alrededor de $3m a Wrapped Ether (WETH), pero el resto todav\u00eda est\u00e1 en tokens PAGADOS. La cifra total robada se ha calculado en torno a $37m.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Sin embargo, el equipo r\u00e1pidamente declarado<\/a> en Twitter que est\u00e1n investigando el problema y traer\u00e1n m\u00e1s noticias m\u00e1s adelante.
