Bitcoin y las criptomonedas son cada d\u00eda m\u00e1s comunes en todo el mundo. Como tal, los reguladores de todas partes est\u00e1n prestando m\u00e1s atenci\u00f3n, especialmente a las reglas contra el lavado de dinero (AML). Ese es ahora el caso de Irlanda, cuyos reguladores han decidido incluir criptoactivos en sus pr\u00f3ximas regulaciones ALD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acuerdo a una informe reciente<\/a> por los medios locales, Los proveedores de servicios de activos virtuales (VASP) deber\u00e1n registrarse en el Banco Central de Irlanda. <\/strong>a partir de abril de 2021. La medida viene tambi\u00e9n para cumplir con la \u00faltima Directiva ALD de la Uni\u00f3n Europea. los fecha l\u00edmite de cumplimiento<\/a> para los estados miembros (como Irlanda) es para junio de 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Las acciones coercitivas para las personas jur\u00eddicas (es decir, empresas) que infrinjan las normas incluyen la exclusi\u00f3n de beneficios p\u00fablicos (como la financiaci\u00f3n), la inhabilitaci\u00f3n del ejercicio de actividades comerciales y el cierre total de sus oficinas.
