Contre le mythe, Bitcoin (BTC) n'est pas vraiment une monnaie anonyme. C'est pourquoi d'autres actifs sont apparus parmi la foule du march\u00e9 de la crypto-monnaie, offrant diff\u00e9rentes m\u00e9thodes pour garantir des transactions totalement anonymes. Le mois dernier, Europol a d\u00e9clar\u00e9<\/a> que les m\u00e9thodes de confidentialit\u00e9 dans la crypto-monnaie, comme les portefeuilles num\u00e9riques, les march\u00e9s ouverts et les actifs d\u00e9centralis\u00e9s ax\u00e9s sur les fonctionnalit\u00e9s de confidentialit\u00e9, peuvent constituer des menaces d'activit\u00e9s criminelles. Maintenant, ce scepticisme continue de grandir, car de plus en plus de crypto-\u00e9changes rejoignent l'interdiction silencieuse des pi\u00e8ces de confidentialit\u00e9 dans plusieurs pays.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il y a quelques jours, le Conseil des ministres de l'UE a propos\u00e9 dans un nouvelle r\u00e9solution<\/a> pour supprimer le cryptage de bout en bout dans les moyens de communication num\u00e9riques<\/strong>, comme WhatsApp, Telegram, Zoom et Signal. Pour eux, ce serait une mesure de s\u00e9curit\u00e9 visant \u00e0 faciliter le travail des autorit\u00e9s dans les affaires p\u00e9nales. Pour d'autres, ce serait une violation flagrante de la vie priv\u00e9e.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il n'est pas certain pour l'instant s'il ne s'agit que d'un pr\u00e9ambule pour interdire les pi\u00e8ces de confidentialit\u00e9 dans l'UE et dans d'autres r\u00e9gions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Contre la vie priv\u00e9e<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

L'Italie envisage cette interdiction depuis 2016, l'Inde depuis 2018, et le Japon l'a effectivement fait la m\u00eame ann\u00e9e. L'Australie a \u00e9t\u00e9 la derni\u00e8re<\/a>, sinon par une loi officielle, en raison de la pression r\u00e9glementaire et bancaire au cours des derniers mois, comme l'a annonc\u00e9 la bourse australienne Swyftx.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Autorit\u00e9s sud-cor\u00e9ennes rejoignent<\/a> ainsi qu'\u00e0 la tendance, en interdisant tout commerce avec des pi\u00e8ces de confidentialit\u00e9 \u00e0 partir de l'ann\u00e9e prochaine<\/strong>. En cons\u00e9quence d\u00e9sastreuse de tout cela, des \u00e9changes comme Bithumb, Coinspot, Huobi, Coincheck, Upbit et Liquid ont supprim\u00e9 les pi\u00e8ces de confidentialit\u00e9 comme Monero, Dash, Komodo et Bytecoin.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Pendant ce temps, dans le \u00c9tats Unis<\/a>, l'Internal Revenue Service (IRS) attribu\u00e9<\/a> + $1M aux soci\u00e9t\u00e9s d'analyse de cha\u00eenes de blocs Chainalysis et Integra FEC pour briser le syst\u00e8me de confidentialit\u00e9 Monero. De m\u00eame, la firme am\u00e9ricaine CipherTrace<\/a> d\u00e9veloppe un outil pour suivre les transactions dans Monero.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Il semble que ce soit le moment pour les gouvernements et les autorit\u00e9s du monde entier de prendre en compte leurs positions sur les pi\u00e8ces de confidentialit\u00e9.
