Le Bitcoin et les crypto-monnaies sont de plus en plus courants dans le monde entier. En tant que tels, les r\u00e9gulateurs de partout accordent plus d'attention, en particulier aux r\u00e8gles de lutte contre le blanchiment d'argent (AML). C'est maintenant le cas de l'Irlande, dont les r\u00e9gulateurs ont d\u00e9cid\u00e9 d'inclure les actifs cryptographiques dans leurs prochaines r\u00e9glementations AML.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Ces VASP comprennent les crypto-\u00e9changes, les crypto-guichets automatiques, les fournisseurs de garde et les bureaux de gr\u00e9 \u00e0 gr\u00e9 (OTC). Si les crypto-entreprises ne parviennent pas \u00e0 le faire, la Banque centrale a d\u00e9sormais le pouvoir \u00abde bloquer les nominations de cadres sup\u00e9rieurs dans les entreprises ou de prendre des mesures d'ex\u00e9cution en cas de non-respect des lois LBC ou CFT\u00bb. La mesure vient \u00e9galement remplir la derni\u00e8re directive LBC de l'Union europ\u00e9enne. Le d\u00e9lai conforme<\/a> pour les \u00c9tats membres (comme l'Irlande) d'ici juin 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Les mesures d'ex\u00e9cution pour les personnes morales (c'est-\u00e0-dire les entreprises) qui enfreignent les r\u00e8gles comprennent l'exclusion des avantages publics (tels que le financement), la disqualification de l'exercice d'activit\u00e9s commerciales et la fermeture totale de leurs bureaux. Pour l'entit\u00e9, les pi\u00e8ces accept\u00e9es dans leur juridiction ne menaceront pas les contr\u00f4les de l'inflation ou la s\u00e9curit\u00e9 des paiements. En outre, les \u00e9metteurs de stablecoins seraient soumis \u00e0 des \u00abexigences de liquidit\u00e9 rigoureuses\u00bb.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

D'autres pays, comme le Royaume-Uni<\/a> et le \u00c9tats Unis<\/a>, pr\u00e9parent \u00e9galement de nouvelles r\u00e9glementations pour les pi\u00e8ces stables.
