I regolamenti per l'uso delle criptovalute stanno diventando pi\u00f9 severi nei Paesi Bassi. Recentemente, la sua banca centrale olandese (DNB) ha imposto nuovi obblighi legali per le societ\u00e0 nazionali di criptovaluta, che vanno oltre il comune processo Know Your Customer (KYC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Per gli utenti, questo regolamento<\/a> implica controlli aggiuntivi come una dichiarazione dello scopo della transazione, del tipo di portafoglio e degli screenshot o dei messaggi di firma. \u201cIn caso di successo effettivo in un elenco di sanzioni, l'istituzione deve immediatamente informare DNB, nonch\u00e9 congelare qualsiasi attivit\u00e0, bloccare la transazione o fare entrambe le cose. Di conseguenza, i beni non possono essere ceduti a nessun altro soggetto non sanzionato. Anche FIU-NL (Financial Intelligent Unit) deve essere notificata in casi specifici \u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Se la societ\u00e0 non riesce a segnalare l'hit, la sua azione sarebbe punibile ai sensi del Legge sui reati economici<\/a>. Tale regolamento prevede multe fino a 82.000 EUR (quinta categoria) e persino sei anni di carcere<\/strong>, a seconda del reato finanziario.
