Il mondo intero sta mettendo gli occhi sulle stablecoin perch\u00e9 sono un modo facile e veloce di inclusione finanziaria, meno rischioso delle normali criptovalute. Secondo il comunicato stampa<\/a>, i rappresentanti del Congresso degli Stati Uniti Rashida Tlaib e Jes\u00fas Garc\u00eda, insieme al presidente della Task Force sulla tecnologia finanziaria, Stephen Lynch, hanno presentato a titolo oneroso il nuovo "Stablecoin Tethering and Bank Licensing Enforcement Act (STABLE) Act".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Questo disegno di legge per le stablecoin ha lo scopo di proteggere i consumatori<\/a>. Nel frattempo, gli emittenti di tali monete dovrebbero rispettare pi\u00f9 obblighi all'interno della giurisdizione degli Stati Uniti.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tra i requisiti, i potenziali emittenti dovrebbero ottenere una carta bancaria<\/strong> e rispettare le normative bancarie esistenti. <\/strong>Dovrebbero anche <\/strong>ottenere l'approvazione dalla Federal Reserve (Fed) e dalla Federal Deposit Insurance Corporation (FDIC) e ottenere un'assicurazione FDIC o mantenere le riserve presso la Fed per garantire un rapido ritiro in USD.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
