Questo paese \u00e8 stato un epicentro per il mondo delle criptovalute, probabilmente, sin dall'inizio. Tuttavia, dopo il divieto totale delle criptovalute da parte della Cina nel 2021, \u00e8 aumentato ancora di pi\u00f9. Ed \u00e8 forse per questo che i legislatori e le autorit\u00e0 degli Stati Uniti puntano a regolamentazioni crittografiche pi\u00f9 severe nel 2022, a partire da febbraio.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

Secondo un recente rapporto di Bloomberg<\/a>, la stessa Casa Bianca sta preparando un ordine esecutivo sull'argomento. Sar\u00e0 una "strategia iniziale a livello di governo" per applicare normative pi\u00f9 specifiche sulle attivit\u00e0 con le criptovalute. Apparentemente, il progetto include economico, normativo e nazionale sfide di sicurezza<\/a> poste dalle criptovalute e nei prossimi mesi richiederebbero rapporti a diverse agenzie.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Ripple-XRP-querela<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Anche il Tesoro degli Stati Uniti e la Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) cercherebbero pi\u00f9 potere per controllare le criptovalute. Come indicato in un'indagine di Coin Center, il disegno di legge di prossima approvazione "America COMPETES Act of 2022" dar\u00e0 pi\u00f9 potere al Tesoro vietare transazioni e societ\u00e0 finanziarie senza consultare<\/strong>. Almeno, se ci sono "ragionevoli motivi" per collegare tali operazioni e societ\u00e0 riciclaggio di denaro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In questo senso, Coin Center spiegato<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

"Ad esempio, se il Segretario del Tesoro ritiene che (a) i Paesi Bassi, (b) uno scambio di criptovalute olandese, (c) tutte le transazioni di criptovaluta convalidate da un miner al di fuori degli Stati Uniti o (d) tutte le transazioni non detentive i portafogli sono "principali preoccupazioni per il riciclaggio di denaro", quindi pu\u00f2 rapidamente rendere illegale per qualsiasi istituto finanziario statunitense (inclusi gli scambi regolamentati di criptovaluta) dal mantenere conti per i clienti che coinvolgono tali "preoccupazioni".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Questo disegno di legge deve ancora essere approvato dal Congresso. Da parte sua, la SEC pretende di usarne di pi\u00f9 strategia sottile<\/a>: modificare la definizione legale di \u201cscambio\u201d, al fine di includere nelle sue regole \u201cmetodi commerciali alternativi\u201d, come la Finanza Decentralizzata (DeFi<\/a>) piattaforme.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Norme crittografiche pi\u00f9 positive <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Non tutto \u00e8 una cattiva notizia. La proposta della SEC ha ancora 30 giorni per ricevere commenti ed emendamenti. Hanno anche il loro proprio comitato<\/a> per supervisionare blockchain e criptovalute dal 2021 e stanno creando sandbox<\/a> per le aziende Fintech. Inoltre, supportano<\/a> diversi grandi minatori e aziende di bitcoin, soprattutto dopo l'enorme esodo dei minatori dalla Cina l'anno scorso<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
