Teknisk sett hadde vi allerede Brexit i januar i fjor. Imidlertid er det for tiden (og til slutten av desember) en "tilpasningsperiode" for innbyggerne og selskapene, der regjeringen jobber med sine lover og forhold til EU for fremtiden. Og en av tingene de forbereder er nye regler for stablecoins og Central Bank Digital Currency (CBDC).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cVi starter et nytt kapittel i historien om finansielle tjenester og fornyer Storbritannias posisjon som verdens fremste finansielle sentrum. Ved \u00e5 ta s\u00e5 mange likeverdighetsbeslutninger som mulig, i mangel av klarhet fra EU, gj\u00f8r vi det som er riktig for Storbritannia og gir selskaper sikkerhet og stabilitet.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Det sies at de nye tiltakene kan p\u00e5virke selskaper, banker, bygningsselskaper, kapitalforvaltere og livsforsikringsselskaper<\/strong>. Utover det \u00f8konomiske, vil Storbritannia ogs\u00e5 opprette den f\u00f8rste Task Force on Climate-related Financial Disclosures (TCFD) for \u00e5 oppfylle milj\u00f8m\u00e5l, hvilke tiltak som vil begynne \u00e5 v\u00e6re aktive i 2023. Sannsynligvis betyr dette at tiltakene om stallmynt vil v\u00e6re klare av samme \u00e5r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

I mellomtiden vil statskassen v\u00e6re i samtaler med Bank of England for \u00e5 vurdere det generelle utslippet av CBDC over hele verden som et supplement til kontanter, og hvordan de vil fungere i landet.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e5r det gjelder stallmynter<\/a>, de anser at disse kan gj\u00f8re betalingene billigere og raskere og planlegger \u00e5 "utnytte potensielle fordeler" av det<\/strong>; selv om \u00e5 ta kontrollen over mulige risikoer ved \u00e5 lage et rammeverk med minimumsstandarder for utslipp og bruk.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Det er verdt \u00e5 nevne at Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) forrige m\u00e5ned utestengt i landet<\/a> de finansielle kryptokurrencyderivatene for private investorer, siden de ikke anser slike instrumenter som trygge.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

S\u00e5 det nye regelverket kan komme med noen nye forbud mot risikofylte verkt\u00f8y i CBDC og stallmynter, ogs\u00e5 veldig relatert til det sv\u00e6rt risikofylte DeFi-applikasjoner<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
