I det siste skjerper lovene for kryptovalutaer i Russland. Utvekslingsplattformer som LocalBitcoins og Binance blir forbudt inne i landet, og trusler om fengsel er rundt for eierne av ikke-deklarerte eiendeler. Dette er et relativt nytt verkt\u00f8y, hvis interesse stadig \u00f8ker, og regjeringen planlegger \u00e5 lede utviklingen av dette markedet i en sivilisert retning slik at eierne av slike eiendeler kan beskytte sine rettigheter og interesser, og opprettelsen av skyggesystemer vil v\u00e6re vanskelig".<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

I f\u00f8lge ham ogs\u00e5, Bitcoin og kryptovalutaer<\/a> vil bli klassifisert som eiendom i landet. Det inneb\u00e6rer avgifter, men ogs\u00e5 muligheten for brukerne til \u00e5 s\u00f8ke lettelse i retten hvis noe g\u00e5r galt, som \u00e5 v\u00e6re et offer for en kryptovaluta-svindel<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
