Den kinesisk-f\u00f8dte kryptob\u00f8rs Binance er i USA siden 2019. Imidlertid er Binance Holdings Ltd., registrert utenfor Amerika, en annen enhet enn Binance US, spesielt designet for amerikanske borgere (og med flere begrensninger). N\u00e5 er det f\u00f8rste og originale selskapet det vil bli unders\u00f8kt av Commodity Futures Trading Commission (CFTC).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n
