We beginnen 2023 met betere vooruitzichten voor cryptovaluta. Wereldwijd regent het echter nieuwe regels voor de sector, vooral na het FTX-debacle. Dit keer zijn Itali\u00eb, het Verenigd Koninkrijk en Isra\u00ebl aan de beurt om meer belastingen en regels voor de crypto-industrie in te voeren.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Eind 2022 zal de Italiaanse Senaat goedgekeurd<\/a> de volgende nationale begroting met een onaangename verrassing voor cryptovalutabeleggers. Ze omvatten een nieuwe 26%-belasting die van toepassing is op vermogenswinsten op crypto-activahandel van meer dan 2.000 euro<\/strong>Integendeel, er kan wel sprake zijn van belastingaftrek indien de verliezen gedurende het belastingjaar eenzelfde bedrag overtreffen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als stimulans om voorgaande jaren op te geven, bieden ze bovendien een 'vervangende belasting' van 3,51 TP11T plus een boete van 0,51 TP11T per jaar. Vergeleken met andere Europese landen<\/a>De gevestigde 26% kan voor beleggers als hoog worden beschouwd. Zo zijn er lagere cryptobelastingen in Noorwegen<\/a> (22%), Estland<\/a> (20%), Spanje<\/a> (19%), VK<\/a> (20%), Tsjechische Republiek<\/a> (15%), Zwitserland<\/a> (7.8%), en Duitsland<\/a> (zelfs 0%).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Crypto-regelgeving-Turkije-AML\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Ondertussen heeft de Britse National Crime Agency (NCA) richt een nieuwe eenheid op die gespecialiseerd is in cryptogerelateerde misdaden. <\/strong>Onder de naam "NCCU Crypto Cell" zijn ze al op zoek naar een cryptovaluta-expert om hun team in het Verenigd Koninkrijk te versterken. De eenheid wordt kort beschreven in de vacature<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cDe NCCU Crypto Cell zal zich toeleggen op een proactieve aanpak van cryptovaluta met de juiste tools en mogelijkheden om zich te richten op onderwerpen in het Verenigd Koninkrijk, en daarnaast collega's ondersteunen met specialistisch advies en begeleiding (\u2026). De rol zal bestaande en nieuwe onderzoeken ondersteunen waarbij specialistische ervaring met cryptovaluta vereist is, en daarnaast proactief het voortouw nemen bij het identificeren van doelen voor verdere ontwikkeling.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Het ontstaan van deze divisie is geen wonder. Volgens kettinganalyse<\/a>alleen al in de eerste helft van 2022 hebben hackers meer dan $2 miljard aan crypto gestolen. Het totale bedrag moet tot nu toe nog hoger liggen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Naast Itali\u00eb en het Verenigd Koninkrijk komt crypto naar Isra\u00ebl<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Amerika en Europa<\/a> boeken onverminderd vooruitgang in de regulering van cryptovaluta, maar dat geldt nog niet voor alle landen. Isra\u00ebl heeft in het verleden wel wat regels opgesteld, maar niet veel. Nu beginnen ze het jaar met een nieuw voorstel voor cryptoregulering door de Israel Securities Authority (ISA).<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

\"Crypto-regels-VK-Isra\u00ebl\"<\/figure><\/div>\n\n\n\n

Op het ontwerp<\/a>We kunnen vaststellen dat ze de voordelen en risico's van cryptovaluta voor hun land overwegen. Dit kan een langzaam proces zijn, maar we zullen dit jaar waarschijnlijk meer updates zien.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
