Zoals het team zei in <a href=\"https:\/\/filecoin.io\/blog\/mainnet-liftoff\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">de aankondiging<\/a>, &quot;dit moment markeert het hoogtepunt van jaren van innovatie en hard werken&quot;.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>As an immediate and positive consequence, the price and, therefore, the market capitalization of this new cryptocurrency, have skyrocketed in less than a day (according to CoinMarketCap). <strong>The world is welcoming the FIL token with a current price of almost USD 70, after an increase of up to 140%.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De totale marktkapitalisatie is nu USD 1B+, maar het is berekend door <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/ericturnr\/status\/1316744329172578304\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">sommige experts<\/a> that its fully diluted market cap varies from USD 38B to even 400B. <a href=\"https:\/\/twitter.com\/QuintenFrancois\/status\/1316695360937627649\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">This would be<\/a> much more than Bitcoin (BTC) and the whole crypto market combined if the case comes.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Filecoin Liftoff\" width=\"770\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/rqusEz7O53Q?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p>Het verschil tussen deze twee concepten is echter aanzienlijk: volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/budgeting.thenest.com\/cap-weighted-vs-equal-weighted-34276.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Het nest<\/a>, while the market cap is the circulating supply effectively in someone&#8217;s hands multiplied by the current price, the fully diluted market cap it\u2019s just a bet for the future because involves <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/08\/22\/bitcoin-to-the-moon-5-predictions-for-2021-and-beyond\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">de mogelijkheid<\/a> van mensen die een extra voorraad eenheden kopen. En dat is niet per se goed, zoals ze zeggen:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cAls het aantal uitstaande aandelen in een bedrijf [cryptocurrency-eenheden, in ons geval] snel zou stijgen met [een percentage] (...), zou dat de prijs van bestaande aandelen wel eens kunnen drukken, tenzij er allerlei opgehoopte vraag is voor [het product]. Dat suggereert dat de volledig verwaterde marktkapitalisatie misschien geen erg betrouwbaar cijfer is voor de waarde van het bedrijf\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Vooral vanwege die hoge verwaterde marktkapitalisatie heeft Filecoin enige scepsis gekregen<\/strong>. Dit is niet eens een beoogde investering (<a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/09\/09\/how-to-make-thousands-dollars-defi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">noch opbrengst landbouw<\/a>) tool, maar een blockchain voor gedecentraliseerde opslag; vergelijkbaar met Sia (SC) of Storj, maar met een nieuw intern systeem.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\">De hype herbeleven met Filecoin<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Dit platform is een van de weinige overlevenden van de gekke goudkoorts voor Initial Coin Offerings (ICO&#039;s) van 2017. The main offer of Filecoin is a blockchain that works with a new system dubbed \u201cProof of Space-Time\u201d. Through its use, the blocks are created by \u201cminers\u201d who provide not <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/08\/25\/cryptocurrency-mining-dummies-how-works\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">rekenkracht<\/a>, but storage capacity. And that&#8217;s Filecoin&#8217;s main function: file hosting.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Die &quot;mijnwerkers&quot; krijgen een bepaald aantal native tokens voor het verstrekken van hun schijfruimte, dus <strong>iedereen kan opslagruimte binnen Filecoin verkopen om wat beloningen te krijgen<\/strong>. Het is niet precies <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/10\/07\/meet-best-performing-bold-platforms-yield-farming\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">liquiditeitsmining<\/a>, maar het is ook een manier om wat geld te verdienen als het platform werkt zoals beloofd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Blijkbaar heeft Filecoin goede perspectieven voor de toekomst.
