Als het gaat om de prijs van Bitcoin, lijkt het alsof iedereen iets te zeggen heeft. Sommige van deze onderdelen nemen echter de tijd om lange studies te maken op basis van gegevens, in plaats van alleen weddenschappen. In lijn hiermee heeft BayernLB of Bayerische Landesbank, de op zeven na grootste financi\u00eble instelling in Duitsland, een nieuw rapport gepubliceerd over hun financi\u00eble vooruitzichten voor 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Volgens de studie<\/a>, Bitcoin (BTC) heeft een beter monetair beleid laten zien dan de meeste centrale banken.<\/strong> Terwijl de laatsten hun gelduitgifte hebben verhoogd, deels als gevolg van de pandemie, heeft Bitcoin deze dit jaar verlaagd.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Afgelopen mei vond de derde Bitcoin-halvering plaats, waardoor de beloning voor mijnbouw en het totale aantal munten met de helft werd verminderd. Dit zou meer schaarste en meer waarde impliceren, in tegenstelling tot het traditionele geld dat steeds meer wordt gereproduceerd (en gedevalueerd) door centrale banken. Bitcoin nu kan gemakkelijk concurreren met goud<\/a>, en de bullmarkt komt eraan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Als de markt zich blijft gedragen zoals tot nu toe, en lijkt op de vorige post-halveringspaden, zal de prijs van Bitcoin zou medio 2021 minimaal 60.000 USD per eenheid kunnen bereiken<\/strong>. Het kan kort daarna zelfs oplopen tot 250.000 USD per eenheid, zoals het rapport aangeeft.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cZelfs als wordt uitgegaan van het meer conservatieve pad na de halvering, het pad dat volgt op de tweede halvering (en het huidige traject beweegt daarboven), zou de prijs van Bitcoin medio 2021 op $ 60.000 kunnen staan in dit scenario, klimmend naar een piekwaarde van een nogal astronomisch klinkende 250.000 dollar\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Andere voorspellingen voor de prijs van Bitcoin en meer<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Een van de meest opmerkelijke gevolgen van een dergelijke gebeurtenis in de prijs van Bitcoin<\/a> zou de vroege verschijning van de digitale euro kunnen zijn, een digitale valuta van de centrale bank (CBDC) die rechtstreeks door de Europese Centrale Bank (ECB) wordt uitgegeven. Eerder verwachtte ECB-president Christine Lagarde deze hypothetische CBDC, indien nodig, binnen de komende twee tot vier jaar te ontwikkelen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Aan de andere kant staat BayernLB niet alleen in hun voorspellingen. Galaxy Digital CEO Michael Novogratz onlangs verklaard<\/a> dat hij precies gelooft in een prijs van 60.000 USD per Bitcoin tegen eind 2021.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Andere voorspellingen<\/a> zijn gedurfder, vari\u00ebrend van 100.000 USD tot zelfs 1 miljoen dollar per eenheid tegen 2021 en daarna. Voorlopig heeft Bitcoin al weer 18.000 USD bereikt, en iedereen gokt erop wanneer de langverwachte All-Time-High (ATH) deze keer zal komen.
