Dat bewijst nu de Financial Action Task Force (FATF), die nieuw beleid ontwikkelt voor het algemeen gebruik van crypto&#039;s. Helaas, dit beleid <strong>kan het gebruik van gedecentraliseerde portefeuilles, P2P-transacties en privacyoplossingen uitsluiten.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Op een <a href=\"http:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/media\/fatf\/documents\/recommendations\/March%202021%20-%20VA%20Guidance%20update%20-%20Sixth%20draft%20-%20Public%20consultation.pdf\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">voorlopige update<\/a> door FATF moeten de Virtual Asset Service Providers (VASP&#039;s) elke klant identificeren met persoonlijke documenten. Natuurlijk alleen als sommige regeringen besluiten hun aanbevelingen uit hun hoofd op te volgen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bovendien lijkt het erop dat het VASP-concept van de FATF ook Decentralized Exchanges (DEX) en <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/09\/09\/how-to-make-thousands-dollars-defi\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">DeFi-toepassingen<\/a>. <strong>De gebruikers van dit soort tools zouden zich dus moeten registreren en persoonlijke informatie moeten verstrekken.<\/strong> Privacytechnologie\u00ebn zoals <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/03\/29\/discover-monero-how-use-it-full-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Monero (XMR),<\/a> Zcash (ZEC) of Lightning Network zou ook niet levensvatbaar zijn.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Peter Van Valkenburgh, onderzoeksdirecteur bij Coin Center, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.coincenter.org\/a-quick-analysis-of-fatfs-2021-draft-cryptocurrency-guidance\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">merkte op<\/a> over het:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cDie eisen kunnen redelijk zijn voor banken en andere financi\u00eble instellingen waar het meeste geld wordt witgewassen, maar ze zijn absoluut ongepast voor particulieren die deelnemen aan open computernetwerken. De straffen voor niet-naleving zijn extreem en het verzamelen van massale gegevens zou de persoonlijke privacy en grondwettelijke rechten vernietigen tegen ongeoorloofd toezicht.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Tenminste, de FATF accepteert <a href=\"https:\/\/www.fatf-gafi.org\/publications\/fatfrecommendations\/documents\/public-consultation-guidance-vasp.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">openbare opmerkingen<\/a> tot 20 april<sup>th<\/sup>. <a href=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/watch?v=sXqq_iRlanU&amp;t=74s\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Volgens<\/a> Dave Jevans, CEO van CipherTrace, <strong>de definitieve richtlijnen worden in juni bekend gemaakt<\/strong>. Het is vermeldenswaard dat de FATF geen handhavings- of wettelijke bevoegdheid heeft, en het document is slechts een aanbeveling voor hun aangesloten landen. Deze omvatten ongeveer 40 landen, voornamelijk uit <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/tag\/european-union\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Europa<\/a> en Amerika.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Gedecentraliseerde crypto&#039;s blijven groeien<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>In de tussentijd, <strong>de totale marktkapitalisatie van cryptocurrency overschreed voor het eerst $2 biljoen,<\/strong> volgens CoinGecko. De helft daarvan is van Bitcoin (BTC), nu tegen een prijs van ongeveer $59.000 per munt. Deze draait al in sommige testnetten en zal rond 14 april 2021 het hoofdnet bereiken. De Ethereum-verbeteringsvoorstellen (EIP&#039;s) die zijn opgenomen, zijn voorlopig vier: EIP-2565, EIP-2929, EIP-2718 en EIP -2930. De eerste twee zullen de gasprijzen wijzigen (in het algemeen verlagen), terwijl de andere nieuwe soorten transacties zullen omvatten.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De DeFi-markt heeft ook enkele nieuwe records. <strong>De totale vergrendelde waarde stijgt voor de eerste keer naar $51.5<\/strong> [<a href=\"https:\/\/defipulse.com\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">DeFi Pulse<\/a>], terwijl de marktkapitalisatie nu meer dan $107b [<a href=\"https:\/\/www.coingecko.com\/en\/defi\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">MuntGekko<\/a>].
