Maar regelgeving komt eraan"},"content":{"rendered":"<p>Op 20 oktober 2021 bereikte Bitcoin (BTC) opnieuw een nieuwe All-Time-High (ATH). <strong>Nu, na zes maanden wachten, konden we een prijs zien van meer dan $66.900 per munt<\/strong> [CoinMarketCap]. Op dit moment is het al een beetje teruggelopen tot $65.000. Maar de markt is nog steeds optimistisch, vooral in het licht van meer goed nieuws.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Deze week heeft de Amerikaanse Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/10\/19\/bitcoin-going-new-record-after-us-etf-approval\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">goedgekeurd<\/a> de eerste langverwachte Bitcoin ETF in het land. Dus de nieuwe ProShares Bitcoin Strategy ETF (BITO) werd op 19 oktober uitgebracht en haalde op de openingsdag meer dan een miljard dollar op. Daarom is de nieuwe <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/04\/13\/bitcoin-ethereum-xrp-go-moon-this-week\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bitcoin ATH<\/a>. En daarom is de goedkeuring van de volgende Bitcoin ETF&#039;s bijna een feit.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-embed aligncenter is-type-video is-provider-youtube wp-block-embed-youtube wp-embed-aspect-16-9 wp-has-aspect-ratio\"><div class=\"wp-block-embed__wrapper\">\n<iframe loading=\"lazy\" title=\"Bitcoin ETF is LIVE! Wat betekent dit voor BTC...\" width=\"770\" height=\"433\" src=\"https:\/\/www.youtube.com\/embed\/jn7bNzRx0qI?feature=oembed\" frameborder=\"0\" allow=\"accelerometer; autoplay; clipboard-write; encrypted-media; gyroscope; picture-in-picture\" allowfullscreen><\/iframe>\n<\/div><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Blijkbaar heeft de SEC al twee andere Bitcoin ETF&#039;s goedgekeurd. <\/strong>Op deze manier de tweede Bitcoin ETF van het land <a href=\"https:\/\/www.bloomberg.com\/news\/articles\/2021-10-20\/valkyrie-says-second-u-s-bitcoin-etf-will-start-trading-friday\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">zou zijn<\/a> het Valkyrie Bitcoin Strategiefonds (BTF). Dit instrument, dat ook gekoppeld is aan Bitcoin-futures, zal op vrijdag (22 oktober) worden verhandeld op Nasdaq.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De derde goedkeuring is voor VanEck en zijn Bitcoin Strategy ETF (XBTF). Deze werd goedgekeurd om op 23 oktober te beginnen. Maar aangezien het zaterdag is, zou de handel op 25 oktober (maandag) beginnen. Volgens <a href=\"https:\/\/www.sec.gov\/Archives\/edgar\/data\/0001137360\/000113736021000916\/ck0001137360-20201231.htm\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">hun aangifte<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<blockquote class=\"wp-block-quote is-layout-flow wp-block-quote-is-layout-flow\"><p>\u201cHet Fonds is een actief beheerd op de beurs verhandeld fonds (&#039;ETF&#039;) dat zijn beleggingsdoelstelling tracht te bereiken door onder normale omstandigheden te beleggen in gestandaardiseerde, in contanten afgewikkelde bitcoin-futurescontracten (&#039;Bitcoin-futures&#039;) die worden verhandeld op met de Commodity Futures Trading Commission (&#039;CFTC&#039;), zoals de Chicago Mercantile Exchange (de &#039;CME&#039;). Het Fonds belegt niet rechtstreeks in bitcoin of andere digitale activa.\u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Al het goede nieuws heeft de cryptocurrency-markt veranderd in een staat van &quot;Extreme Hebzucht&quot;,<\/strong> volgens de <a href=\"https:\/\/alternative.me\/crypto\/fear-and-greed-index\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">Crypto Angst &amp; Hebzucht Index<\/a>. De totale marktkapitalisatie van cryptocurrency is de afgelopen week met meer dan 10% gestegen.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Nieuwe Bitcoin ATH = Regelgeving<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/08\/20\/how-buy-bitcoin-simple-steps-nice-recipe\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">Bitcoin<\/a> en de hele cryptocurrency-markten zijn nu wereldwijd te populair om ze gewoon te negeren. Dat weten de wetgevers overal. In verschillende landen zijn daarom al nieuwe wetten en regels in de maak. Vooral na deze Bitcoin ATH. Dit nieuwe kader zal vooral van invloed zijn op het gebruik <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2020\/12\/06\/stablecoins-and-types-an-easy-and-brief-lesson\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">van stablecoins<\/a>, token-uitgevers en cryptocurrency-bedrijven.
