De acordo com Comunicado de imprensa<\/a>, os representantes do Congresso dos Estados Unidos, Rashida Tlaib e Jes\u00fas Garc\u00eda, juntamente com o Presidente da For\u00e7a-Tarefa sobre Tecnologia Financeira, Stephen Lynch, apresentaram a nova \u201cLei Stablecoin Tethering e Aplica\u00e7\u00e3o de Licenciamento Banc\u00e1rio (STABLE)\u201d para considera\u00e7\u00e3o.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Este projeto de lei para stablecoins visa especialmente proteger os consumidores<\/a>. Enquanto isso, os emissores dessas moedas precisariam cumprir mais obriga\u00e7\u00f5es dentro da jurisdi\u00e7\u00e3o dos Estados Unidos.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
