O cibercrime n\u00e3o p\u00e1ra. Cada vez mais, os criminosos t\u00eam novos truques para roubar criptomoedas dos propriet\u00e1rios e das bolsas. E o Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) dos EUA quer que todos saibam que eles est\u00e3o l\u00e1 fora, esperando o menor erro da v\u00edtima. Desta vez, eles est\u00e3o roubando criptas usando o n\u00famero de telefone da pr\u00f3pria v\u00edtima.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Conforme indicado por um aviso recente<\/a>, emitido pelo FBI por meio de um TLP: GREEN Private Industry Notification (PIN), alguns agentes mal-intencionados t\u00eam como alvo os propriet\u00e1rios de criptomoedas em todo o mundo com diferentes tipos de ataques. <\/strong>Um dos mais populares ultimamente \u00e9 a chamada \u201ctroca de SIM\u201d ou sequestro de SIM. Como o nome sugere, este consiste em roubar a n\u00famero de telefone<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O ladr\u00e3o atinge esse objetivo identificando a v\u00edtima e seus dados. Em seguida, eles ligam para um representante de atendimento ao cliente da empresa de telefonia m\u00f3vel envolvida. Eles fingem ser a v\u00edtima e contam algumas mentiras ao representante (como se tivessem perdido seus telefones<\/a>) para alterar o n\u00famero de telefone para um novo cart\u00e3o SIM sob seu controle.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Quando isso acontecer<\/a>, eles continuam a redefinir todas as senhas em m\u00e3os, incluindo e-mail, nuvem e at\u00e9 mesmo contas de trocas de criptografia<\/strong>. Normalmente, as pessoas escolhem a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o de dois fatores usando seus n\u00fameros de telefone, portanto, o processo para o ladr\u00e3o n\u00e3o \u00e9 t\u00e3o dif\u00edcil. As novas senhas s\u00e3o enviadas a eles por mensagem de texto ou por e-mail (j\u00e1 hackeado). <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Dessa forma, o criminoso j\u00e1 tem acesso total \u00e0s contas da v\u00edtima. Assim, eles podem transferir rapidamente todas as criptomoedas que encontrarem para suas pr\u00f3prias carteiras<\/a>, completando com sucesso o roubo.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Vishing: outro alerta de criptografia do FBI<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

J\u00e1 conversamos cerca de <\/a>phishing<\/a>. \u00c9 uma vers\u00e3o falsa de algo (site, aplicativo, software, mensagem, chamada ...), especialmente desenhada para enganar as pessoas e obter delas informa\u00e7\u00f5es valiosas, como credenciais e chaves de banco ou criptomoeda. Quando essa fraude \u00e9 feita por meio de chamadas de voz, \u00e9 apelidada de \u201cvishing\u201d.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O FBI tamb\u00e9m alertou sobre esse tipo de roubo, pois est\u00e1 se tornando cada vez mais comum.<\/strong> Em um caso usual de vishing, a v\u00edtima recebe primeiro algum tipo de mensagem ou e-mail, aparentemente de sua plataforma de pagamento ou bolsa de criptomoeda, anunciando que h\u00e1 algum tipo de problema com suas contas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O golpe<\/a> pode ser feito inteiramente por e-mail, mas \u00e0s vezes eles encorajam as v\u00edtimas a telefonar. Em outros casos, as v\u00edtimas procuram ajuda ligando para um n\u00famero de suporte fraudulento, ou os fraudadores ligam diretamente para as v\u00edtimas, fingindo ser certas empresas. Posteriormente, ao telefone, conseguem convencer as v\u00edtimas a dar-lhes as suas chaves privadas ou credenciais. \u00c0s vezes, eles at\u00e9 pedem dinheiro, alegando quest\u00f5es regulat\u00f3rias ou tribut\u00e1rias<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Como recomenda\u00e7\u00e3o, o FBI encorajou os usu\u00e1rios criptogr\u00e1ficos a habilitar a autentica\u00e7\u00e3o multifator (como credenciais em papel)<\/strong> em todas as suas contas de criptomoeda. Da mesma forma, aconselham a manter em sigilo a vida financeira e pessoal, negar pedidos de downloads suspeitos e \/ ou acesso remoto, e contactar sempre os servi\u00e7os utilizados (ie criptotrocas) apenas atrav\u00e9s dos canais oficiais.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
