Poucas pr\u00e1ticas em torno da criptografia s\u00e3o totalmente proibidas l\u00e1. No entanto, isso pode mudar parcialmente nos pr\u00f3ximos anos. Agora o <strong>A Comiss\u00e3o Europeia est\u00e1 considerando banir cripto-carteiras n\u00e3o identificadas e transa\u00e7\u00f5es relacionadas.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>De acordo com um <a href=\"https:\/\/finance.yahoo.com\/news\/eu-tighten-rules-cryptoasset-transfers-143121027.html\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener nofollow\">reportagem da Reuters<\/a>, alguns legisladores europeus propuseram na ter\u00e7a-feira uma lei para aplicar a \u201cregra de viagens\u201d em transa\u00e7\u00f5es criptogr\u00e1ficas. Da mesma forma, o cliente precisar\u00e1 identificar o (s) destinat\u00e1rio (s) de suas transa\u00e7\u00f5es. O provedor de servi\u00e7os do destinat\u00e1rio precisar\u00e1 verificar os mesmos dados.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ent\u00e3o, basicamente, a Europa est\u00e1 tentando proibir <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/03\/29\/discover-monero-how-use-it-full-privacy\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">an\u00f4nimo<\/a> cripto-carteiras para tornar as transa\u00e7\u00f5es totalmente rastre\u00e1veis. Estas propostas foram elaboradas para encontrar o equil\u00edbrio certo entre abordar estes amea\u00e7as e conformidade com os padr\u00f5es internacionais, sem criar uma carga regulat\u00f3ria excessiva para a ind\u00fastria. \u201d<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n<p>Por enquanto, <a href=\"https:\/\/alfacash.blog\/2021\/04\/16\/overview-cryptocurrency-regulations-continent-2021\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">a dita lei<\/a> est\u00e1 longe de ser aprovado.
