Este pa\u00eds tem sido um epicentro para o mundo das criptomoedas, provavelmente, desde o in\u00edcio. No entanto, ap\u00f3s a proibi\u00e7\u00e3o total de criptomoedas pela China em 2021, isso aumentou ainda mais. E talvez seja por isso que os legisladores e autoridades dos Estados Unidos est\u00e3o buscando regulamentos de criptomoedas mais r\u00edgidos em 2022, a partir de fevereiro.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

De acordo com um relat\u00f3rio recente da Bloomberg<\/a>, a pr\u00f3pria Casa Branca est\u00e1 preparando uma ordem executiva sobre o tema. Ser\u00e1 uma \u201cestrat\u00e9gia inicial de todo o governo\u201d aplicar regulamenta\u00e7\u00f5es mais espec\u00edficas sobre as atividades com criptomoedas. Aparentemente, o projeto inclui quest\u00f5es econ\u00f4micas, regulat\u00f3rias e nacionais. desafios de seguran\u00e7a<\/a> representado por criptomoedas e pediria relat\u00f3rios de v\u00e1rias ag\u00eancias nos pr\u00f3ximos meses.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

O Tesouro dos EUA e a Securities and Exchange Commission (SEC) tamb\u00e9m estariam procurando mais poder para controlar as criptomoedas. Conforme indicado em uma investiga\u00e7\u00e3o do Coin Center, o projeto de lei \u201cAmerica COMPETES Act of 2022\u201d que ser\u00e1 aprovado em breve dar\u00e1 mais poder ao Tesouro proibir transa\u00e7\u00f5es e empresas financeiras sem consultar<\/strong>. Pelo menos, se houver \u201cmotivos razo\u00e1veis\u201d para vincular essas opera\u00e7\u00f5es e empresas com lavagem de dinheiro<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Nesse sentido, o Coin Center explicado<\/a>:<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cPor exemplo, se o Secret\u00e1rio do Tesouro considerar que (a) a Holanda, (b) uma bolsa de criptomoedas holandesa, (c) todas as transa\u00e7\u00f5es de criptomoedas validadas por um minerador fora dos EUA ou (d) todas as transa\u00e7\u00f5es sem cust\u00f3dia carteiras s\u00e3o \u201cprincipal preocupa\u00e7\u00e3o com a lavagem de dinheiro\u201d, ent\u00e3o ela pode rapidamente tornar ilegal para qualquer institui\u00e7\u00e3o financeira dos EUA (trocas regulamentadas de criptomoedas inclu\u00eddas) manter contas para clientes envolvendo essas \u201cpreocupa\u00e7\u00f5es\u201d.<\/p><\/blockquote>\n\n\n\n

Esse projeto ainda precisa ser aprovado pelo Congresso. Por seu lado, a SEC pretende usar uma estrat\u00e9gia sutil<\/a>: alterar a defini\u00e7\u00e3o legal de \u201cc\u00e2mbio\u201d, de forma a englobar nas suas regras \u201cm\u00e9todos alternativos de negocia\u00e7\u00e3o\u201d, como Finan\u00e7as Descentralizadas (DeFi<\/a>) plataformas.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Regulamentos de criptografia mais positivos <\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n

Nem tudo s\u00e3o m\u00e1s not\u00edcias. A proposta da SEC ainda tem 30 dias para receber coment\u00e1rios e emendas. Al\u00e9m disso, h\u00e1 uma proposta para fazer Bitcoin (BTC<\/a>) curso legal no Arizona<\/strong>. Foi promovido<\/a> pela senadora pelo estado do Arizona, Wendy Rogers.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
