Cyberbrottet stoppar inte. Varje dag har kriminella nya knep f\u00f6r att stj\u00e4la kryptovalutor fr\u00e5n \u00e4garna och b\u00f6rserna. Och US Federal Bureau of Investigation (FBI) vill att alla ska veta att de \u00e4r d\u00e4r ute och v\u00e4ntar p\u00e5 offrets minsta misstag. Den h\u00e4r g\u00e5ngen stj\u00e4l de kryptor genom att anv\u00e4nda offrets eget telefonnummer.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Som anges av a ny varning<\/a>, utf\u00e4rdat av FBI via en TLP: GREEN Private Industry Notification (PIN), vissa skadliga akt\u00f6rer riktar sig till kryptovaluta\u00e4gare \u00f6ver hela v\u00e4rlden med olika typer av attacker. <\/strong>En av de mest popul\u00e4ra p\u00e5 sistone \u00e4r den s\u00e5 kallade \u201dSIM-swapping\u201d eller SIM-kapningen. Som namnet antyder best\u00e5r den h\u00e4r av att stj\u00e4la offrets telefonnummer<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Tjuven uppn\u00e5r detta m\u00e5l genom att identifiera offret och deras data. Sedan ringer de en kundtj\u00e4nstrepresentant fr\u00e5n det inblandade mobiltelefonf\u00f6retaget. De l\u00e5tsas vara offer och ber\u00e4ttar f\u00f6r representanten n\u00e5gra l\u00f6gner (som om de f\u00f6rlorade deras telefoner<\/a>) f\u00f6r att \u00e4ndra telefonnumret till ett nytt SIM -kort under deras kontroll.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

N\u00e4r detta h\u00e4nder<\/a>, de forts\u00e4tter att \u00e5terst\u00e4lla alla l\u00f6senord till hands, inklusive e-post, moln och till och med kryptokurser<\/strong>. Vi har redan pratat handla om <\/a>n\u00e4tfiske<\/a>. Det \u00e4r en falsk version av n\u00e5got (webbplats, app, programvara, meddelande, samtal ...), speciellt utformad f\u00f6r att lura m\u00e4nniskor och f\u00e5 v\u00e4rdefull information fr\u00e5n dem, till exempel bank- eller kryptovaluta och nycklar. N\u00e4r detta bedr\u00e4geri g\u00f6rs genom r\u00f6stsamtal kallas det "vishing".<\/p>\n\n\n\n

FBI varnade ocks\u00e5 f\u00f6r denna typ av r\u00e5n, eftersom det blir mer och mer vanligt.<\/strong> I vanliga fall av utsugning f\u00e5r offret f\u00f6rst n\u00e5got slags meddelande eller e -post, tydligen fr\u00e5n deras betalningsplattform eller kryptovalutav\u00e4xling, och meddelar att det finns n\u00e5got slags problem med deras konton.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Bedr\u00e4geriet<\/a> kan g\u00f6ras helt via e -post, men ibland uppmuntrar de offren att ringa. I andra fall s\u00f6ker offren hj\u00e4lp genom att ringa ett bedr\u00e4gligt supportnummer, eller s\u00e5 lurar bedragarna direkt till offren och l\u00e5tsas vara vissa f\u00f6retag. D\u00e4refter lyckas de i telefon \u00f6vertyga offren att ge dem sina privata nycklar eller referenser. Ibland ber de till och med om pengar, p\u00e5st\u00e5r de reglerings- eller beskattningsfr\u00e5gor<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Som en rekommendation, FBI uppmuntrade krypto-anv\u00e4ndare att aktivera multifaktorautentisering (som referenser p\u00e5 papper)<\/strong> p\u00e5 alla deras kryptovaluta -konton. P\u00e5 samma s\u00e4tt rekommenderar de att h\u00e5lla privat det ekonomiska och personliga livet, neka beg\u00e4ran om misst\u00e4nkta nedladdningar och\/eller fj\u00e4rr\u00e5tkomst, och kontakta alltid de anv\u00e4nda tj\u00e4nsterna (dvs. krypto-utbyten) endast via de officiella kanalerna.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
